ICC Players of the Month

• The ICC announced UAE's Muhammad Wasim and South Africa's Chloe Tryon as Players of the Month for May 2025.
• Wasim won the award for the second time after consistent performances in ODIs and T20s.
• In five ODIs, Wasim scored 169 runs and led the UAE to a series win against Bangladesh.
• Opening the T20 International series held in Sharjah, he played brilliant innings of 54 and 82 runs.
• Earlier in April 2024, he received this award for a similar impressive performance.
• In addition, Chloe Tryon was honored for her all-round performance during the Sri Lanka ODI tri-series.
