Pandum Festival

• The Bastar Pandum Festival was inaugurated by President Draupadi Murmu in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh.
• Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai were also present on the occasion.
• Divisional level competitions are being organized under the festival until February 9.
• During the festival, more than 700 artists from 84 teams will perform in twelve cultural genres.
• Performances will include tribal dances, handicrafts, traditional tribal cuisine, and indigenous musical instruments.
