Chartered Accountants Day 2025

  • Chartered Accountants Day is celebrated every year on 1 July to commemorate the founding of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).


  • It is celebrated to appreciate the contribution of chartered accountants to the society.
  • This year the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is celebrating its 77th Foundation Day.
  • ICAI was formed on 1 July 1949 after the passing of the Chartered Accounts Act 1949.
