Asian Athletics Championships, 2025

  • India finished second in the overall medal tally at the 26th Asian Athletics Championships held in Gumi, South Korea.
  • Indian athletes won a total of 24 medals including 8 gold, 10 silver and 6 bronze during the competition.
  • China topped the medal tally with 32 medals including 19 gold, 9 silver, 4 bronze medals, while Japan finished third with 28 medals including 5 gold, 11 silver, 12 bronze medals, although it had won more medals than India.
